申瓯酒店云交换解决方案

用户需求

通过运营商和申瓯共建IMS云平台,对分散部署的IAD、PON-ONU等设备(需多厂家终端兼容注册)通过IP方式进行灵活管理调度,实现一对一、一对多、多对多等多种内外线交换。每个酒店实现独立软件话务台(每家酒店单位能重复使用房间号作为短号同时使用,如:A酒店短号为301、302、303,B酒店也可用短号301、302、303,相互完全不受影响)管理,实现房间短号、总机、转接、闹钟叫醒、语音信箱留言、强插、强拆、免打扰、呼叫限制、电话会议、录音功能等。

1、功能:需满足多个酒店同时、独立实现话务台管理功能以及长短号,总机,转接(忙转、询问转等),闹钟叫醒,强插、强拆,免打扰, 话单等功能;

2、复用性:需满足多家酒店同时、独立进行话务台管理的(独立管理指:多家酒店采用房间号作为短号可以重复使用而完全不相互影响);

3、兼容性:向上兼容运营商IMS核心网SBC设备等;向下需兼容国内主流SIP终端(中兴、华为、申瓯等PBX、IAD、PON-ONU等主流设备)注册的;

4、安全:具备SBC功能,具备黑白名单等多种安全保障策略。

5、性能:要求提供的硬件设备满足不间断运行,可通过双机热备份等手段进行满足;

6、软件服务:提供平台配套的服务端软件和客户端软件,并有义务进行升级优化;

7、培训服务:针对平台软硬件的技术、维护等方面进行培训,使运营商技术人员能够掌握该套系统的日常业务开通及维护技能。

方案设计思路概述

根据运营商现状结合以往的工作经验,本方案以实现酒店固话业务主体,以一体化、智能化、便捷化管理为设计理念,综合IP组网、SIP电话、统一电话计费录音管理等多个应用模块,实现融合通信平台应用。

 

融合通信平台系统配置,由于用户量及呼叫量大,建议系统配置多台融合通信平台系统,中心机房配置一台主交换系统和一台备用融合通信平台系统,系统支持融合通信平台管理功能。下挂酒店企业,每个酒店企业申请业务时单独开通需求账号记录酒店企业信息。

融合通信平台系统支持无限并发能力。

电话会议模块

支持定时电话会议、召集式电话会议,会议厅模式等多种电话会议方式,会场可录音、会场可管理(可设置会场背景音乐、静音、踢出、通道录音、结束会议等)。

电话录音模块

可同时对所有电话通话进行录音和查询,并提供录音查询下载数据库接口。并可提供满意度调查功能,实现挂机后对通话满意度收集。

 

语音TTS模块

多域(多租户)酒店专用功能实现

多域(多租户):一个系统或者一台设备上,支持多个彼此相互独立的PBX应用,这些PBX可以有相同的分机号,不同的外线出局,各种计费模式,独立实现话务台管理功能与酒店管理软件对接以及长短号,总机,转接,闹钟叫醒,强插、强拆,免打扰,话单打印等功能,同时具备呼叫限制、语音信箱留言、电话会议、电话录音功能,且各酒店相互之间不会产生冲突。

如上组网图中所示,x酒店和y酒店下挂IAD设备通过网络注册到融合通信平台系统中,设备上的SIP账号都为8000-8054,系统通过域名1和域名2识别两台设备,两台设备之间的短号不能互通,x酒店只能呼叫本酒店短号用户,如果x酒店用户需要拨打y酒店用户,必须通过IMS或其他方式进行落地呼叫。
